Cousin Joe

From West Texas, a tall, kind, and honest man with a cowboy hat and boots.
Legend has it that he was one of the last babies born in Spur, Texas, which is his grassroots.
Many folks don’t know that his Son Tra, and he, ride cross-country bikes for fun on weekends.
For he certainly plays hard, and is an expert marksman when he hunts and shoots.

Now it must be conveyed that he would give his shirt off his back for any man needing it worse than he;
Just as he is always helping his younger kids, Tenly and Tra,
And helps raise their pigs for the FHA.
A great Dad to his older son, Justin; and the best husband; I’m sure, Lea, would agree.
Nevertheless, his nature is not to brag, so you would not know that he is the “Senior” at work, and is always there, grinding away.

An investigator by trade,
If you’ve done wrong, he might come by your place, or maybe give you chase,
But if you have not see him, don’t be grim.
Because you may not know it, when he may be close, since he’ll never leave a trace;
And when our Lone Ranger finally catches you, a silver bullet you may find; and then he’ll close his case, and ride away.
