Her name is Virginia.
A close family member, and friend to many;
Who won’t think twice about assisting or helping you out,
For She’ll stand in your corner, and support you outright; there can be no doubt.
She’s done many things in her life.
A mother, a grandmother, but above all of that, a very special person lies inside.
To call her tough-willed, may be an understatement for sure.
She’s had challenges aplenty, but won’t back up from strife.
You’ll know she’ll be there cheering you on, and won’t leave until you are safe and secure.
A San Antonio “west-sider”, she is proud of her roots.
Yet she is completely at home with an exotic dish and fine wine.
But surprise to us all is her latest pursuit,
Which has been to run 26 miles, a family marathoner, we surely salute!
