Inspire Surgery This Day

Nurse Rhonda was great, along with Sue, Lisa, & Suz Anne;
My anesthesiologist, Dr. Napoleon Roux,
Couldn’t have done any better in keeping me asleep
For the Inspire implant surgery, to help rid me of obstructive sleep apnea,
To ensure REM and deep sleep, non-stop throughout the night, for sure.

Now for the ENT doctor who certainly knows his way around the operating room;
The kid from the west side of SA, my Holy Cross alumni;
Who, I’m certain doesn’t want to take any credit for this day;
So, respecting his wishes and confidentiality,
But still, my many thanks to God and to him for saving me from this life-threatening malady today.
