Talk about meeting someone special,
Last week, Bill told me that he met a wonderful person lately,
Full of personality, with an incredible outlook on life.
I know that God puts people in the fork of the road,
Just for you to meet and get to know in life’s flambeau.
So this week, I call Bill just to chat,
Bill says, oh here, talk to my new Girl Friend, MaryAnn,
So, we chat a bit, then she says just so you know,
I’m not some screwball, or some blow up doll,
I’m a real person, I’m so happy to talk to you.
After speaking to MaryAnn, I somehow just knew
That she’s a special one;
One my brother better not pass on.
I’m sure God knows that Bill needs someone near,
So, maybe God put MaryAnn on his crossroad of life for him to revere.
