The Inner Drive To Succeed
There once was a young boy.
The world was his when he was young, for he was a star receiver for his team;
The fastest in track; no one could beat him it seemed.
Life pretty early for him, was pretty much like a dream.
Now with a beautiful, loving family, and a great life,
He has much to live for.
Though like everyone these days, he has much strife.
However, great things still lie ahead for him to soar.
He must never forget that he still has great and wonderful opportunities left,
For no matter how rough, the inner drive is there to succeed.
He must now reach for that inner drive to conquer his fears;
To always believe in himself; for he has the conviction to overcome, no matter how hard and how steep.
